This is another Color Lookup alteration layer instructional exercise in Photoshop CS6. Since this is a modification layer, it has a veil. Step 4 : The Foreground Color ought to be set to the default Black. 

Step 5 : Click the Brush Tool or simply squeeze b on the console.
